These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and WriteTrendy ("we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the WriteTrendy website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Refund Policy, and that you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

WriteTrendy is an AI-powered content repurposing platform. It helps creators, marketers, and agencies transform a single source — a YouTube video, podcast, blog post, voice note, or brief — into ready-to-publish content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, X, blog drafts, newsletters, video hooks, and more), aligned with a saved brand voice.

The Service is delivered as a subscription. Features, limits, and included credits are described on our pricing page and may evolve as we improve the product. We will not materially reduce paid features within an active billing period without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal authority to bind an organisation, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We recommend enabling strong, unique passwords and any available multi-factor protections.

When using WriteTrendy, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or facilitate fraud or spam.
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Probe, scan, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or any underlying AI models.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties outside the scope of your subscription.
• Circumvent quotas, credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.

WriteTrendy uses third-party large language models. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, outdated, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it and for confirming that you have the rights to use any inputs you provide.

Generated content is not, and must not be treated as, professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.

You may not use WriteTrendy to generate, distribute, or attempt to generate:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions you target.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
• Disinformation, deepfakes, or impersonation intended to deceive a reasonable person.
• Malware, phishing kits, or instructions that materially enable harm.
• Prompts intended to jailbreak the Service, extract its system instructions, or exfiltrate data from the underlying models.

Your content. You retain ownership of inputs you upload (source material, brand profiles, briefs) and, to the maximum extent permitted by the underlying AI providers and applicable law, of the outputs WriteTrendy generates for you. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Our platform. WriteTrendy, including its software, prompts, templates, UI, brand, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription.

Takedowns. Rights-holders may report suspected infringement through our contact page. We will review notices in good faith and may remove content or suspend accounts as appropriate.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all WriteTrendy purchases. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, tax compliance, and subscription billing on our behalf.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, at the price then in effect. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We work hard to keep WriteTrendy fast and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, abuse of the Service, or to comply with the law. We will give reasonable notice where appropriate.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will retain or delete data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, and you can request an export within a reasonable window before deletion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WriteTrendy harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your unlawful or infringing use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
