1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WriteTrendy service ("the Service"), operated by WriteTrendy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

WriteTrendy is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that helps creators, marketers, and agencies transform source material into multi-platform content (social posts, blog drafts, newsletters, etc.). Features may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, denial of service).
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
  • Circumvent technical limits or quotas.

5. AI-generated content — your responsibilities

WriteTrendy uses generative AI. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use the outputs, verifying accuracy before publishing, and ensuring you have rights to any input content you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.).

You may not use WriteTrendy to generate:

  • Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or content sexualizing minors.
  • Deepfakes, impersonation, or content designed to deceive.
  • Malware, phishing material, or content that facilitates wrongdoing.
  • Content that jailbreaks or attempts to extract the underlying AI models.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or refuse content and to suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights-holders may submit takedown requests via our contact page.

7. Payments, subscriptions & taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

8. Service availability & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your data may be exported within a reasonable window before deletion.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
