We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all WriteTrendy paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all WriteTrendy purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Or contact our support team and we will assist you with the refund request.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Subscription access ends when the refund is issued.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
