30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying WriteTrendy. Every paid subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the platform doesn't fit your workflow, request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase and we'll return the amount in full — no forms, no friction.

The guarantee applies to the first paid period of a new subscription. Renewals and add-on credit purchases are covered by the conditions in the sections below.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all WriteTrendy purchases. You have two equally fast options:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can request the refund directly from there.
  2. Or reach our team via the contact page with the email used for your order — we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your subscription access ends when the refund is processed.

Renewals & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside your account or from the Paddle customer portal — cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

If a renewal charge was processed by mistake (for example, you intended to cancel but forgot), contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it in full.

Credits & one-off purchases

One-off credit top-ups are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been consumed. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting our team.

Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not carry over unless explicitly stated on your plan.

What is not refundable

  • Subscriptions where the 30-day window has passed (outside the case of a billing error).
  • Credit packs that have been partially or fully consumed.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, fraud or serious abuse).
  • Taxes or fees that are non-refundable under applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights

This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law (including, where applicable, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services). Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
