To send an Outlook invitation to someone and have it show as private or another title to those who has access to the receiver's calendar, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook and create a new meeting invitation.
  2. In the "Meeting" tab, click the "Private" checkbox.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
  4. Enter a subject and body for the meeting invitation.
  5. Click "Send".
The meeting invitation will be sent to the recipient as a private meeting. Only the recipient and the organizer of the meeting will be able to see the details of the meeting. If anyone else has access to the recipient's calendar, they will only see that the recipient is busy during the time of the meeting.

If you want to change the title of the meeting invitation for people who have access to the recipient's calendar, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Open the meeting invitation in Outlook.
  2. In the "Meeting" tab, click the "Change Title" button.
  3. Enter a new title for the meeting.
  4. Click "OK".
The new title will be displayed for people who have access to the recipient's calendar.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

  • If you are using Exchange Server, you can also set the meeting to be "Hidden". This will prevent the meeting from being displayed in the recipient's calendar at all.
  • If you are using Outlook 2016 or later, you can also set the meeting to be "Online Only". This will allow the recipient to attend the meeting without downloading or installing any software.
