To add a new keyboard language in Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start button (Windows icon) located in the taskbar.

2. click on the "Settings" icon (gear-shaped) from the Start menu to open the Settings app.

3. click on the "Time & Language" category in the Settings app.

4. Select the "Language" tab from the left sidebar.

5. Under the "Preferred languages" section, click on the "Add a language" button.

6. A list of available languages will appear. Scroll through the list and select the language you want to add as a keyboard input language. You can search for the language using the search box at the top.

7. Once you've selected the language, click on the "Next" button.

8. On the next screen, you'll have options to choose the language features you want to install. The basic language pack and keyboard layout will be selected by default. You can uncheck the features you don't need or leave them selected if you want the full language experience. Click on the "Install" button to proceed.

9. Windows will download and install the language pack and keyboard layout. The installation time may vary depending on your internet connection speed.

10. After the installation, you'll be redirected to the "Language" settings page. You should see the newly added language in the list of preferred languages.

11. To set the newly added language as the default input language, click on it and select the "Set as default" button.

12. when you need to switch to the newly added keyboard language, you can use the keyboard shortcut "Win key + Spacebar" to toggle between input languages. Alternatively, you can click on the language icon in the taskbar and select the desired input language from the dropdown menu.

That's it! You have successfully added a new keyboard language in Windows 11 and set it as the default input language.
